Dry Beans: Black Turtle, Black Basque, Soldier, Purgatorio, China Yellow, Zolfino.
Greens: kale, borage, mizuna, mustard greens, radish greens, rape, turnip tops, happy rich, cabbage and field salad (chicories (Castelfranco, Bianca a Bergamo, Pan di Zucchero, Catalogna), endive, buck's horn, chickweed, parsley, rocket, dandelion, mint, field cress, wild fennel, corn salad, kale, endive, miner's lettuce, mizuna, smallage and chervil.)
